After spending years trying to change things on my own, I took a chance on coaching and IT CHANGED MY LIFE. I was being introduced to new ideas and mindsets and skills, but having a coach to guide me, help me apply the work to my own life, and hold me accountable is what kept me inspired and motivated. It allowed me to create lasting change in a way that nothing else has.

MY STORY

Physician. Coach. Lifelong Learner.

I am still a family physician, but now I truly love my job! I now finish my work at work and get home on time. I am an avid runner and sleep better than I have in years. My personal life and relationships are thriving. I have abundant time and energy to do the things I want to do, and the guilt-ridden days are gone. I've created work-life balance, incredible joy, and lasting change for myself, and I am now passionate about empowering others to do the same as a physician work-life balance coach.

I help physicians and health care professionals achieve work-life balance so they can bring joy and personal freedom back into their day and finally love their job again! In my group coaching program, I'll be taking you through a step-by-step system.

We will address the barriers and excuses that may have stopped your progress before, while building the skills, courage, and confidence to keep you striving forward to your goals.
