I've got a lot to show you.
I used to be a burned out family physician. I was working constantly, staying late and bringing charts home, but I couldn't get control of my workload. Forget work-life balance; I used to joke that I was aiming for work-work balance, trying to balance my work with all my other work. I was an in-denial workaholic. My health and well-being were not even on the priority list, though I still guilt-tripped myself constantly for not having healthy routines. I neglected my relationships with friends and family and dating was completely off the table. I abandoned hobbies I loved like piano and painting. I told myself I had no time and no energy.
I felt like I was constantly failing.

I spent years trying to change things on my own - podcasts, self-help books, peak performance seminars, therapy; my life would improve for awhile and then I'd fall right back into old habits. I took a chance on coaching and it changed my life.
